Kennicon Engineering Limited (KEL) is a limited liability company located in Marabella, Trinidad W.I. We are the premier provider of Mechanical Engineering services throughout Trinidad and Tobago, and the region including St. Kitts, Dominica, Barbados Grenada etc. Our workshop is divided between a modern Machine shop facility and a Fabrication Shop. KEL continuously endeavours to satisfy and exceed customer expectations by innovating and improving products and processes. Kennicon Engineering Limited received ISO 9002: 1994 accreditation in 1999 and was recognized for its efforts in continual improvement when we copped the prestigious Prime Minister's Competitiveness Award for Services 1999, and The Prime Minister's Award for Quality in Construction Materials 2000. We were also recognized by the South Trinidad Chamber of Industry and Commerce Inc through the Robert Montano Award for Excellence in Services. But just what does this mean to you the customer? Kennicon Engineering Limited is located on the outskirts of the Point-A-Pierre Oil refinery and only minutes from the Point Lisas industrial Estate. This has enabled the company to draw from a pool of certified Welders, Pipe Fitters, Tank Builders, and Machinists etc. all of whom have had experience in the various industries of the area.Meeting the Customer's stated requirements is foremost and work is undertaken in accordance with any standards requested by the clients. Standards commonly used include the following such as the American Welding Society (AWS), American Petroleum Institute (API), the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the relevant British Standards. The company's library maintains up-to-date copies of many of these standards and can easily access any that a client may request through collaboration with the Trinidad and Tobago Bureau of Standards (TTBS).
