Brief History

SMI Industries Ltd. is a testimony to the adage that hard work and integrity breeds success.

Born out of need, the company grown from a niche player to a contributor on the highest socio-economic level, being the de facto joint venture partner where metal fabrication is concerned, in the supply chain for large industry and commercial interests in Trinidad & Tobago.

Through its founder Mr. Sonny Ramoutar, and subsequent management team of Naitram and Indira Maharaj, the company has identified specific areas of service important to the storage and transportation needs of their clientele, and has tailored their service to provide individual solutions where possible.
